I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I received from MOO this past order. The processing and shipping delay ruined a company project. Took two weeks to process (plus we paid extra to have the order rushed) and the order is still being pushed back. There is no way we will make our deadline now. I am in awe of the lack of preparation and responsibility of this company. Sadly, I think it is time to move on from MOO to a company that respects deadlines.
I waited and waited for my business cards, the progress bar was not changing. Today I have contacted them to be told there is a mechanical issue with the foil printer and they are unsure when it will be fixed.
Why not message me to tell me that! Now I have no business cards for an upcoming meeting.
Terrible service from Moo! I would not recommend.

I reached out asking for a sample package it came to me right on time. It had several options and there was one I really liked. The order process was easier than I expected and the staff was very knowledgeable. My order was promptly shipped and received again right on time. They were very good quality and when setting next to others they standout! The only thing That was not up to par with rest of the business card was my picture quality. I discussed it with your staff and just like your advertising says 100% guarantee you replaced them and the second set was the best cards I've ever had.

I had a huge issue with an order (an error on my part) and Marissa resolved it immediately and was so responsive and understanding. My new Square business cards are awesome. I used the template of the one I thought spoke to my business. Love the brilliant colors and the ability to select a lighter color for the back. So easy to do and received them very fast. I will be ordering other products. Very good quality and company. Thank you.
